These High-Definition DVDs are designed:
1. For teachers’ use in helping them to prepare and deliver their science lessons - a form of D-I-Y CPD!
2. For pupils to watch directly in class. Dr Mark presents to camera in such a way that even pupils from about 10-years-old can understand the instruction material.
Each science activity is filmed in four sequences:
1. What you need;
2. What to do;
3. What happens if all goes to plan;
4. A summary of what’s going on, and some things you could change to see what happens.
All four sequences together last around 8 minutes average viewing time for most experiments, giving the total running time for the 3-DVD set as over 5 hours!
