Maths Resources

Designed to Engage, Motivate & Inspire Both Your Teachers and their Pupils!

"Excellent resources" "Looks great and brilliantly laid out. Great to have a CDROM too"

Dr Mark’s science and maths books and resources have been, and continue to be produced as a result of the overwhelmingly positive response to two formal ‘courses and resources’ surveys of 225 Primary & Secondary school teachers, co-ordinators and advisers across the UK, who attended Dr Mark’s science and maths seminars at the annual national TES Teaching Exhibitions.

The resources are designed specifically to help you engage, motivate and inspire your pupils to achieve and attain in science and maths using numerous simple, fun and useful ‘hands-on’ investigations, experiments, activities, puzzles, ‘tricks’ and other ‘novel’ ideas.

All of Dr Mark’s activities are particularly effective for teaching, learning and revision, as well as for stimulating ‘higher order’ creative thinking, enquiry, problem solving, communication, reasoning and process skills in pupils of a wide range of age and ability; in other words, they get your pupils thinking ‘scientifically’ and ‘mathematically’!

Every activity includes what you need, what to do, what happens, how it works and other questions for the pupils to think about. All the resources are fully site-licensed for copying and display within the school, and include pupil activity sheets.

‘Dr Mark’s’ inspirational and motivational resources have been extremely well received and are already used by thousands of teachers and pupils in schools throughout the UK and overseas, as well as on numerous local government-funded projects, with children from age 4 to 16+, including Gifted & Talented/More Able and Special Needs pupils!

“These experiments do give that magical feel to science. They will make the children’s eyes open wider. They will bring that WOW to science. Consequently and more importantly, they will encourage the children to ask “Why?””

(Review of ‘Dr Mark’s Magical Science Book 1’ – Primary Maths & Science magazine, October 2001)

DESIGNED ESPECIALLY FOR TEACHERS’ WHO ASPIRE TO INSPIRE!
