So here’s how it works:

Shows and Teachers’ CPD

If I don’t get good feedback from you, your staff or your pupils, then I’m not happy. In which case, I won’t bill you for the day or any expenses. Put simply, if you’re not happy, you don’t have to pay – not a penny! But I WILL leave you with the FREE teachers’ resources and then send you an additional £50 worth of my ‘Dr Mark’ resources, of your choice, totally FREE as compensation. I can’t do fairer than that!

Product Resources

If you’re not happy with any of my books, CDROMs, colour workcards or posters, then I’m not happy either. All I ask is that you return any such products to me as soon as possible but within one month of the date of purchase and in the same condition as you received them (so that I can offer them for re-sale), then I’ll give you a full ‘no questions asked’ refund if you paid in advance, or I’ll cancel any unpaid invoice. On top of that, I’ll give you a 25% discount on the next equivalent product order you may place at any future date, e.g. if you return a book and CDROM to me, then I will give you a 25% discount on the next book and CDROM you may choose to purchase later on – as long as it’s not the same one! Fair enough?

The nature of my purchasable downloads are such that I am unable to offer the same money back guarantee to those above.
