The first part of the book strives to explain and define in clear terms important experimental and ‘Physical Processes’ concepts including modelling, repeating & changing, fair-testing, predicting & explaining, forces, friction, motion, gravity, matter, mass, inertia, weight, momentum, centre of gravity and balance.
All of these ‘theory’ pages may be copied and displayed on the wall as posters.
Then follows the cartoon illustrated activity sheets for the 21 circus science investigations.
The printed book and ebook contains copiable B&W A4 pupil activity sheets. The CDROM EDITION (also available to order) contains both B&W and FULL-COLOUR versions of the pupil investigation activity sheets from the printed book.
The CDROM material is in ‘.pdf’ Acrobat-style format – suitable for PC & MAC computers - and is perfect for teacher/pupil viewing on-screen, printing your own pupils’ worksheets and posters, and for projecting on classroom whiteboards.
