Download Products
Obviously, there are no postage or shipping costs incurred when you buy Downloadable products. However, you should be aware that when you purchase a Downloadable product, only when payment is received through PayPal will the product be made available to you to download.
When we receive payment you will receive an email updating the status of your order to Processing. When you receive this email, you will have to log in back into Dr Mark's Shop using the username and password you set up at checkout, which will take you to your account. From the date the download is released to you, you will have 7 days to download your products.
VAT is not applicable on books and shipping of books. As such, any book price listed includes the cost of postage and packing, for example £14.75 book price plus £2.95 postage and packaging equals £17.70.
Please be aware that some of Dr Mark's Downloadable products are very large!

Dr Mark ships his boxed products all over the world using The Royal Mail.
UK and IE:Each CD costs £1.65 to send.
Europe:
Each CD costs £2.00 to send.
USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia
Each CD costs £2.50 to send.
